Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• We only accept returns for the following reasons:

• Items arrive damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was received.

• Items do not match the description on our website.

Conditions for Returns

• Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

• Order number.

• Photos/videos of the item(s) and packaging as proof.

Return Process

2. We will assess your request and provide further instructions.

3. If a return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate steps to proceed.

Refunds and Replacements

• Refunds or replacements will be issued for:

• Damaged or defective items.

• Incorrect or missing items.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we confirm receipt of the return.

Important Notes

• Items returned due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, dislike of color or style) are not eligible for returns.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
